Solder for SMT
Surface-mount technology places components on pads and reflows solder paste in an oven. Wire is still used for rework and for parts added after reflow.
Our solder paste for SMT reflow is in development. Until it is ready we supply wire and preforms for SMT lines.

- Custom shapes such as rings, washers and discs, cut to your joint.
- Solder paste
- In development. Ask us and we will tell you when it is ready.
- Flux and cleaning materials
- No-clean, water-based, rosin-based, halide-free and VOC-free flux, through our flux partner.
