What types of solder do you manufacture?
We manufacture lead-free and leaded solder as wire, bars, preforms and anodes. Solder paste is in development.
What alloys and compositions are available?
The alloy guide lists common solder alloys for reference; it is not a list of our stock. Tell us your application and we will recommend an alloy, or ask about a custom composition.
Are your solder products RoHS, REACH and IPC compliant?
Lead-free solder is the usual choice for RoHS-regulated products. Tell us the alloy and application you need and our team will confirm the compliance documentation we can provide.
How do you ensure consistent quality and purity?
We monitor our process parameters continuously under our ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, and every batch ships with a certificate of analysis.
What certifications does your manufacturing facility hold?
Our facility is ISO 9001:2015 certified. We are working towards further industry standards.
Do you provide a certificate of analysis with each batch?
Yes. Every batch is supplied with a certificate of analysis (CoA).
What is your minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity for our products is 25 kg.
Can you supply solder in custom forms?
Yes, we supply solder in custom forms, including preforms made to your drawing. Contact us with the details.
How is the solder priced?
Our prices follow the prevailing London Metal Exchange (LME) rates. Contact our sales team for exact pricing terms.
Do you provide TDS and SDS?
Yes. Technical data sheets (TDS) and safety data sheets (SDS) are provided on request.
