Solder wire
Our solder wire comes in a wide selection of lead-free and leaded alloys and flux types. It is made from high-purity raw materials, and paired with the right flux it performs reliably across many applications.
We supply solid, single-flux-cored and multi-flux-cored wire in a range of sizes. Tell us your alloy, flux and process and we will confirm what we can supply.
Types
- Solid wire
- No flux core, for work where flux is applied separately.
- Single-flux-cored wire
- One continuous flux core for general hand soldering.
- Multi-flux-cored wire
- Several flux cores for even flux delivery and fast wetting on demanding joints.
Properties
- High electrical conductivity
- Excellent wetting
- High reliability
- Low voiding
- Fast-spreading flux cores
- Zero spattering
- Fatigue resistance
- Clean finish
Processes
- Hand soldering
- Robotic soldering
- Point soldering
Which alloy?
Alloy, size and flux options are confirmed per order. See common solder alloys in the alloy guide, a general reference rather than a list of our stock.
